They consider themselves above the law, and are the ones who created fake dragon-id documents for the former cryptids living in the Black Lodge. |

The Black Lodge ➵ Former cryptids that have all made their way to Sornieth, taking dragon scrolls to join the clan. Many have passed under the watchful eye of the The Observatory. All have received falsified identification documents from The Librarians. They protect the clan around the perimeter of their lair inside the Lanternlea Port, though in all honestly they are mostly useful to the clan for their coliseum fighting and the children they raise to exalt. |

The Observatory ➵ The Observatory is the most prestigious school a multigaze dragon can enroll in, teaching them to improve the mystical nature of their sight. Most of them end up taking Nocturne scrolls, as it's common knowledge that nocturnes are a more observant species (though there has never been a peer reviewed study on the matter). Most of them shed their tertiary gene in an act of austerity and symbol of commitment to their studies. They're all white as well, and the reason has always been a closely guarded secret. Some say the dragons started off with a more colourful appearance, but became pale due to arcane rites. Some say it's because they spend all their time studying and never see the sun. |
