Despite being an Earth-born Nocturne, Eunice has always had a certain fondness and draw towards Water and it's culture. She was never the strongest of swimmers, but she was the swiftest flier in her clan. She often took to soaring as fast as she could, just above the surface of the waters of the Sea of a Thousand Currents. The sea spray in her face, and the wind whipping across her. As time went on, she found herself out by the sea more and more, her clan began to notice her absence. The problem became quite severe, to the point where her clan leader pulled her aside and spoke with her about it. Despite Eunice being very young, the clan had wished her well and sent her on her way. So she could explore the world, and enjoy her life outside of her dusty small town. She settled in with a water clan for a few years before she was ready to experience something new. A pirate clan had offered her a job to smuggle things across the Plaguelands border. They would be running things through the area for a while. She had worked for pirates a few times before, but this time changed her. She saw the dark swallowing abyss of the Shadowbinder's domain, and felt drawn to it. The pirate clan she was running with said they had contacts in a clan near the border. Eunice decided that after her debts to her current clan were paid, she would have to meet up with these shadow clan contacts... She loved the ocean still, as if it were her home. But now she felt torn between multiple homes, Earth, Water, and Shadow. The moist, darkness of the Shadowlands felt comforting to her. She knew she would have to stay for a long while...
