Netherwind was a very very peculiar to other dragons native to the Southern Icefield. he was very stubborn and never felt the stinging cold that even tundras could not withstand. or at least he didnt react to the cold. but here now he could feel it. the freezing winds. but here at the foot of the fortress of ends... He never felt more alive. he recalled only one thing but it put a chill down his spine. the biting cold never made the gaoler more numb to the world. he climbed to the top of the tallest mountain in the fortress of ends and saw the beautiful altar at the icy top and put his claws to the marble shrine surface and as his claws touched the stone he saw visions of the horrifying things being held in the icewarden's prison. and all of the sudden he heard a booming voice of the powerfull icewarden himselfTHERE IS A DARKNESS GATHERING MY CHILD. THIS DARKNESS THREATEN'S TO RELEASE WHAT I HATH KEPT AT BAY FOR MILLENIA. I HATH CHOSENETH THOU TO PROTECTETH OUR DOMAIN. MY SIBLING'S HATH AS WELL. NOW DEFEND YOUR HOME AND JOIN YOUR BRETHRENhe felt a cold power seeping into him and then all went dark ... netherwind quickly flew to the only place he knew. Home. he flew to his city and then for some reason he began steering automatically to the icewardens temple. he entered and hundreds of dragons were there and they collectively said "welcome Frostwatcher" he was very creeped out by this, however he never stopped moving. as he entered the inner chamber of the temple he saw a statue of himself and an old tundra sitting at the base, praying. the old seer never looking up said "thou hath questions that will be answered, but wilst thou defendeth thy homelands?" the tundra looked at him and could see the eyes of a seer."i SEE you will say yes" he said suggestively " now take your place among the others, Frostwatcher."
