A wooden signpost stands at the road entrance to the swamp. It reads "Warning: Beast Ahead." Whatever that means. You plow forwards, ignoring the cryptic sign, and enter the swamp. Its a beautiful area, teeming with insects, toads, and other animals. It's a wonder this place hasn't been turned into a tourist destination or village. As you hike forwards, you get the distinct sensation you're being watched.

Of course. There's all kinds of bugs around, right? That must be why you feel like this. There's this weird smell, too, like so much mud and seaweed. It makes you stop, bending over and gagging when you reach a shoreline. A horned frog hops up to you and croaks. In front of you, a lilypad drifts slowly by.

Wait. The water is moving in the opposite direction, but the lilypad is still drifting towards you against the current. It rises, rises, and you see the top of a massive dragon head, covered in seaweed and with a set of sharp horns. It roars:

"GET OUT OF MY SWAMP!"

You don't have to be told twice. You run in the direction you came. You pass the sign again, and you can't help but feel it's mocking you.
