Biography

an informant who runs a tea shop as one part hobby, one part cover lol she's very soft and bubbly and makes a killer cup of tea, so people often overlook her as someone they maybe shouldnt be loosing info around. she was the first to know (and the one to spread the info around but shhhh) that the infamous lillian had finally settled down. she's probably also who sera and edana heard about the artifact transport from.
