______ Looks can be deceiving, many would say, and Bayou is the mere definition of that phrase. Bayou is a swamp monster of sorts, someone that was born deep within the swamps. They've lived a simple life, doing their daily business in their home, until dragons came and drained their home away. When the dragons saw Bayou, they chased the dragonesque swamp creature out and far away. Bayou travelled, searching for a new place to call their home, and sticking close to rivers so they would not get dehydrated. Eventually Bayou came across the Isles of Memoria, ad settled in a nearby magical swamp, though it took a few months for the nearby town to discover Bayou. They didn't care they lived there but offered a job for them to work so their day wouldn't be monotonous.

______ Enthusiastic and excitable are the first words one would use to describe Bayou. They lived alone for so long that anything and anyone who doesn't pose a threat are greeted eagerly. They love to explore anything presented to them as new, and even if it's something that seems mundane, it has Bayou excited. This tends to leave Bayou trying out new hobbies only to abandon them when they lost their luster, with only a few sticking around. This makes Bayou a jack of all trades type of person for knowing niche skills that many wouldn't know.
