Aranel

Aranel is a bigender ice elf princess and works as an enchanter jeweler.

She is the offspring of Nimue, the Lady of the Lake, and Pellias, her Ice Elf knight. She have always known to be of noble lineage - the Damsel of the Lake, the Princess of Nymphs. As an ice elf herself, Aranel displays grace and mystery as the pillars of her great beauty. She is delicate and very attentive to the voice of nature.

Aranel uses her great crafting gift to chant for the gems and the metal, infusing magic in her craft and creating gorgeous jewelry.


She loves to use mother-of-pearls and pearly materials in her crafts. She usually hunts for them herself, as she's a trained diver. She enjoys swimming underwater, especially in the cold, icy, crystal-clear waters of the fjörds.
Her favorite spell is always summoned by her side when she dives : a summoning of dozens of illusory elegant lanterns, that she learned from her kind and enhanced with Eliel's help. She often casts it just because she finds it beautiful.


Bigender (male/female - she/her prefered), panromantic demisexual

Aranel was assigned male at birth and thus prefers she/her pronouns to better emphasis her gender duality when compared to her body, but is fine with he/him too. She's not too fond of they/them which she finds convey a certain neutrality and she rather keep for non-binary people.
She strongly feels both male and female most of the time. She is never as comfortable as when she's dressed spectacularly as the princess she is, with gorgeous, glittering make-up and ornate mane-do, all the while sporting her handsome, unmistakably male silhouette as if it was the final touch in her stunning regalia.

The young Maren, despite being very sociable and friendly, was rather an outcast among his kind, for he always had a strange kink : princess dragons - plus an overall interest in dragon kind, in which Imperials seemed to display the maximum beauty and elegance to his eyes.
As soon as he saw her, gracefully swimming in the dense, cold waters like if it was pure crystal inhabited by a spirit of sparkling light, her path lit by eerie magical lanterns, he couldn't help but ignore the danger and get closer to her.
