Biography

The Young Historian

Whenever a dragon has a question about the history or creation of something, the one they’ll go to for an answer is Cliele; for if she doesn’t have it, she can find it. Never seen without a book in her hand, the little historian knows more about history than most dragons ever forget.

Cliele loves to share the knowledge she has with others and is a great hit with children, never talking down to them, and always teaching them about cool, gross bugs whenever they ask. She also holds weekly tutoring sessions in the library and is responsible for many of the townsfolks ability to read.
Despite how patient and calm she is with others, Cliele’s thirst for knowledge is anything but. She has spent many a sleepless night frustratedly pouring over archaic texts, trying to unravel the mysteries they hold; if any dragon were to see her elaborate charts and maps explaining her latest theory on the location of an ancient lost artifact, they would think her mad. And they just might be correct.

Ever since she was a hatchling, Cliele has had a passion for unsolved mysteries. Whether it’s the meaning behind the glowing runes etched into the foundation of the townhall, or why some plants never seem to thrive in certain parts of the town, Cliele wants to be the one to find the answers.
This has led to her spending all her free time in the library, pouring over book after book of even the most obscure knowledge that no one else would think to look at.
Her dedication and attention to detail sometimes lead to bigger discoveries than anyone could imagine; like the time her curiosity about the composition of the stone bricks in the library led her to discover what caused the magic of their valley; a piece of the Pillar of the World, once buried, embedded in the very foundations of their town.

However, despite years of study, there’s still one mystery she has yet to solve: the whereabouts of the Tidelord.
Ever since the news of his disappearance reached her, she has been consumed with trying to figure out where he went, and why.
Unfortunately, Everbloom Vale is no great hub of knowledge, and it lacks the books and resources she needs to delve deeper into this mystery.
After years of fruitless investigation, she is beginning to think she must look outside of the Viridian Labyrinth if she is to have any chance of finding the answers she desires.
