"My father is so thankful for your Smirch donation!" Simrch exclaimed, her Lightning eyes glinting joyously beneath her ghastcrown.
Hydea smiled awkwardly. Truth is, she was totally unaware that this had even happened. Maria, who was much more sociable and acted as an ambassador of sorts to other clans and visitors, had been the one to send the gene scrolls to Smorch, the great Smirch collector. It's not like the scrolls were doing anything in the vault, so she figured it was fine. "No problem," the Ridgeback replied "I'm glad they'll be put to good use."
"Oh, I'm just so inspired by your generosity! May I join your wonderful clan?" The Imperial was beaming.
"I don't see why not," Hydea said. Then a smile spread over her pointed face. "Tell me," she continued, "do you have any interest in battling?"
Simrch thought for a moment, tilting her head. "Sure! I don't know much about that though... I only know of the glories of Smirch."
Hydea couldn't help but sniff in amusement. "No problem, I'm happy to show you the ropes."
