She was a lot like her father in that they both practiced with magic. Not the magic of Sornieth for they feasted upon that, but of their own, which was pure in its own right. Perhaps not holy or natural but for them, the beasts, it was the closest that they could get. She used it without thought and without care to the point that even her father was worried. To use their magic meant to recharge with the earth's, and for her that meant that she was also consuming at a pace much too much for the forest around her. It was her father's wish that she leave to find a new source of magic. After all, while they were bent on using the forest for their own agendas, it shouldn't be wasted so carelessly.
