Since being struck by Lightning while working in a storm Flick has been possessed by an uncanny energy which is hard to contain.
His adventures in gn0me's clan are mentioned in Gertrude's bio.

Since Thundercrack Carnivale, Gertrude, Flick and Dib have been surveying the lands of Thunderhead Savannah and Redrock Cove, searching and finding necessary hard-to-obtain items for the hibernal den quests.

Gertrude's large book has been identified as a Field Guide which has been handy for gauging enemy priority targets and Flick has gained at level 17 the ability to Eliminate, along with the strength of a Berserker which has sped up their collecting no end.
