____Amsvy, the youngest of a nest of three, hatched with a searing furiousness that her mother (G1, Valkyria) could only describe as a Dilos Modokriid trait. This foreign name is the long forgotten Beast Clan that Valkyria herself had been born into, and a clan that was well-known for their furiousness and persistence.
____This sheer, antagonised determination would lead Amsvartnir through her life, and shape her to become one of the most feared Shield-Maidens Meyvitaan Al had ever birthed. Until one day, Amsvy met her match.

____It was a dull, glum day within the expanse of the Wasteland, though for a dreary day, it wasn’t without it’s surprises.
The triplets, having been exploring the rotting tundra for themselves, came across a feral Beast clan on the northern edge of their flight’s land, the Talonok Clan. Some of their people had gone against their families and became familiar with the triplet’s family; so it was seen fit for the three to obtain their own bird-like familiars. But Amsvy went about it the wrong way. Her short fuse rendered her blind-sighted and vulnerable to a disputing attack.
____Amsvy’s eyes were mutilated to the point that she could no longer see- her very eyes being ruptured and removed by the talons of a livid warrior.
However, as the trio retreated, Amsvartnir crossed paths with a Raptorik Wanderer whom took it upon themselves to see the three, and two deserting Raptors back to their clan. The Wanderer felt so deeply for the safety of the young Guardian that they decided to stay, and continue to be their eyes in the days to follow.

____Being a direct descendant of Valkyria, her daughter takes pride in her heritage and Viking background.
____Amsvartnir’s reasoning to leave her clan behind was insisted as being her time to Search. Though deep down, it was her broken pride, and a sense of guilt for letting her family down with her own reckless actions rendering her blind. However, as time went on, Amsvartnir discovered it was the need to share her stories and past wisdom onto the following generations. A desire to travel, of which is a trait she shares with her father (also G1), quickly accompanied this ever growing need. So in good faith, Amsvy departed from Meyvitaan Al in hopes to share with other flights her stories of victory, and loss; melding them into metaphors in order to teach the following generations to not make the same mistakes.

____This isn’t to say she isn’t a deadly combatant. Amsvartnir is just as capable as her siblings on the battlefield. Though only now she sits back from the front line, and relies on her other senses and her familiar in any daily activity.
____Since joining the Arcane based clan, Amsvy has found her duty as guide, and protector of the clan. Even though she cannot see, she can still offer support and wisdom unto others within the guarding ranks. She is not incapable of holding her own though.

____Meyvitaan Al, the clan in which Amsvartnir originates from, is one infamous Viking clan formed within the wastelands of Plague.



In Norse mythology, Amsvartnir (Old Norse "pitch black") is a lake. Amsvartnir contains the island Lyngvi, where the gods bound the wolf Fenrir.
