Stardust comes from a time long ago, when dragons had a greater appreciation for the stars and it's myriad of stories and mysteries. She has a knack for identifying constellations, and loves to paint them. She carries a journal where she keeps track of her own, made-up constellations. At night, to lull the other dragons to sleep, she plays a small lute given to her from her mother before she passed.

Stardust originated from long ago when the dragons had such an appreciation for the stars they would sleep in the open moor, take notes on the stars, paint constellations and so on. Stardust is one of the last dragons who share that strong connection to the stars and constellations. Stargazing is one of her favorite activities, although anything to do with the stars sounds good to her! Stars aren’t the only thing she does, however. She loves to think about what it would be like to talk to her brothers and sisters, and what she would be doing with her mother right now if she hadn’t died. She hadn’t really known her dad, but she did know he left her mom to be alone, and deal with this sickness on her own, which is why she doesn’t think about him much. When her mother was close to death she gave a small Lute to Stardust, telling her to play it in memory of her and anybody else she loses. At night she plays it sometimes, lulling her clan-mates to sleep. At night when her clan members are asleep she will take out her journal and flip to a clean page, trying to scout out new constellations. This isn’t just any journal, though. It’s passed down from generation to generation, linking the creativity of the constellations. Of course that would mean there is a story or two inside those old pages, and she will often read them to her clan before night approaches.

A fallen star herself, Stardust as called by the dragons of Sornieth, was a shining beauty. Having fallen due to a great battle that was taking place in the far away stars, Stardust wishes to return back, as she misses her mother's grave. Having traveled far to get to [clan name] Stardust likes to play her flute that was given to her before her mother passed, as she finds it helps others with their sleeping problems. Stardust inspires to be a musician while she's in [your clan here], and get the help of the leader of [clan name], to return to her rightful place.

Scented candles mark every inch of this derg's lair, and her talents as a perfumer mean that her scents have found their homes across Sornieth.

Stardust's cheery personality brightens up everyone's days, and she often finds clan members coming to sit with her under the stars on thier down days. They will just sit, in silence for a bit, before she'll drum up the conversation with a joke. Every time it's the same joke. The same, age-old joke, that still somehow gets a laugh.
"Hey, do you know how the Man on the Moon cuts his hair? He eclipse it."

The male dragon slowly made his way toward the female he wished to call his own. For so long he had played with female heart with little regard to how they felt. He had been given the title playboy and sure he didn't min it, but it was one of the main things keeping him from her. The female in question was a sweet Coatl by the name of Stardust.

She was currently sitting on a hill staring at the setting sun. She didn't pay much mind to the male as he came and sat next to her.

“Isn't it beautiful?” She asked not looking away from the sky. The male smiled watching the female instead of the glowing clouds.

“It is.” He replied.

The female looked over and felt a light blush overcome her cheeks when she realized he was talking about her. She gently shoved his face away so that he wouldn't be looking at her.

“Hey stop ruining my view.’’ He said turning back to face her.

She just sighed before saying “I bet you say that to all the girls.’’ The male felt a small smile overcome his face.

“Are you jealous?” He asked, hoping she was. The female quickly sputtered out a “No! Of course not!” Of course she was deep down inside.

The male took a calming breath as he said “You know I really like you? Right?”

There he said it.

Finally it would be off his chest and in her claws. The claws in question where currently shaking at the new knowledge.

“Y..you do?” She asked wanting to hear him say it again. Shadowwing nodded his head quickly at her question and shifted closer to her.

“I really like you Stardust.” He smiled at her.

Not a smirk like he normally did. No he gave her a real breathtaking smile. Stardust was momentarily floored.

“I really like you too.”

She also gave him her own shinnying smile. She was so happy that her tail began to wag behind her causing them both to chuckle.

That night the two stayed on that hill, flirting, joking, and just enjoying each others company. If you were to ask them about the stars in the sky that night neither would be able to answer, for they where to caught up looking at each other to even notice the sky above them.

“Can we do this again tomorrow?” Stardust asked when the sun started to rise in the sky. She really didn't want to leave but her clan duties would need to be tended to. The male nodded before saying “I can't wait!”

When the sun had set and the world had cooled, the night sky glimmered down on the ice, giving the air a soft glow. Stardust stood and gazed at the glistening scene with childlike awe. The sound of the bustling of her clan behind her was nearly drowned out by the chilled whistling wind.

“Hey there.”

Stardust jumped at the sound of the voice behind her that broke her fixation on the sky. She turned to see Shadowwing smirking at her and staring with his soft eyes.

“Mind if I join you?”

His normally confident voice was subtly laced with anxiety.

Stardust hesitated, but softly motioned her head toward the ground next to her. They sat in silence for a few minutes, both of them nervously shifting their positions. The sound of the clan faded into silence as everyone else fell into slumber.

Shadowwing broke the silence.

“The view is beautiful.”

“Yeah, I like it,” Stardust breathed, not breaking her gaze at the sky.

“I didn’t mean the stars.”

Stardust turned her head to look at Shadowwing who was giving her his classic playboy smirk.

“Shut up.” Stardust softly responded, turning her head the other way to hide her blush.

Shadowwing let a small chortle. When Stardust turned back to look at him, his eyes had turned back to the sky. She stared, admiring the light highlighting his dark skin, but quickly turned her head to the ground when he saw her looking at him.

“It really is beautiful out here, I had never really stopped to look, especially not after everyone else is asleep,” Shadowwing remarked, trying to strike up a conversation.

“You’re missing out then,” Stardust sighed happily. “There’s something new to see about the universe every night, all in view from this spot.”

“I guess I’ll have to do this with you more then, huh?”

Stardust covered her mouth, hiding the blooming blush across her cheeks, and let out a soft yawn.

“I think I better go lay down, I have an early morning tomorrow,” she regretfully sighed, face still a bright shade of rosy pink. She began to back away when she turned and gave Shadowwing a hint of a smile. “See you out here tomorrow?”

A big, genuine grin grew on his face.

“I’ll be right here, waiting for you.”
