Solitude tries to act tough and intimidating but in reality, he is a softie. He can't help but help out the hatchlings in the clan, he enjoys listening to stories and telling them to others and he really enjoys peaceful rests in the sun. Careful though, those who do mock him for his secretive tranquil lifestyle find out that he can hold his ground if he really wants to but, secretly, he would never hurt anyone and is extremely protective of his clan.

Contrary to his name, Solitude actually quite enjoys the company of other dragons. But because of his intimidating appearance, it can be hard to make friends or even interact with dragons without them being terrified of him. Dragons that find the courage to hang out with him often become fast friends.
Has a smol light mouse for companion to light up his sorrows when is is down.
Born of a family of feared Imperial dragons, it was only natural Solitude should follow the same path. He was named such for his deep purple eyes, and for his scales, the color of a solemn night sky. With his brothers and sisters, he was raised over many years to be fearless, tough, and a skilled fighter. It was as if his parents nurtured and cared for him only out of obligation. And it was as if his siblings didn't even mind, either. They hardly even cared about each other, him included. Even through all of the rigorous hunting and flight training his parents put him and his siblings through, he realized that the pain he felt came from this emotional neglect.
Years after, he would depart from his family, retaining his tough outer shell. But now he could express himself, and... have his own personality. He decided he would be kind. As he passed various clans on his travels to find a new place of refuge, dragons feared him (recognizing his family, or by just being intimidated by him either way), but hatchlings were practically drawn to him, and were happy to play with him. In time, the Snowflames Clan would welcome him with... somewhat open arms, which would spread once they realized Solitude's true nature. He well knows that he probably can't crack his tough shell... but wishes he wouldn't only be seen as a brute. His friends know he isn't one otherwise, however.
