As you pick up the scroll, you notice that most of its contents are all torn beyond legibility. Attached to the scroll is a note, written by the innkeeper Lana. It reads as follows;

..... “Dear esteemed guests,

..........It is of great concern and disbelief that I find it necessary to put such words to ink and paper, though recent incidents surrounding guest behaviour and improper use of the inn’s resources has left me few choices other than to address this issue with pressing need.

..........In order to avoid further misconceptions and for future reference, the scrolls in the inn are not to be used as “practise katanas”, "bashing sticks" or “fishing bait” in order to conduct “trapping experiments” on the local wildlife surrounding the inn, nor is it suitable to use the inn’s scrolls as a makeshift “bite” or "chew toy" to “train that sucker not to bite me for the uptenth time”. All visitors to the inn should know that the local wildlife lurking among the strand pose a great danger and detriment to the health and wellbeing of those residing in the inn, and it is extremely unwise to attempt to bait, much less tame, one of these deranged creatures, and while I shall refrain from naming the individual in question, I will say this: Given your age and experience, I would have expected you to know better in how you behave and conduct yourself, but I, in spite of all my years of honed intuition and skilled judgement, apparently stand corrected.

..........Regardless of my disappointment, please note that further instances in which the inn’s resources are found to have been used improperly shall be treated seriously and will not be tolerated. Do take greater care with the comforts provided to you at our humble inn, and enjoy the remainder of your stay.
