JENX The Mysterious The Elemental Stealer/Dealer 
JENX (jen-kx) Once, a pair of Tundras was forced to flee their clan as Shadetouched creatures overran it. While still fleeing across a section of Sornieth that was not ruled over a God, they were forced to stop, as it came time for the female to lay her eggs. Dragon eggs laid in a Godless land, every dragon knew that that was a death sentience for the beings inside the eggs... ...Jenx shouldn't have been born, it should have been impossible...But here he was. He seemed to inherent the Lightning element from his mother...Though sometimes one could look at his eyes and swear he had the Water eyes of his father...But that could easily be written off as a trick of the light, the colors were similar, after all. It was when the trio traveled to the Plague lands, and one day woke to find Jenx's eyes red, they finally knew something was wrong. Somehow, Jenx had gained the ability to absorb elemental energy to change his element... As well the the ability to transfer the element to others, as he discovered when he accidentally transferred his Plague powers to his parents. His parents, unable to withstand the sickness of the Plague, soon perished because of it. Horrified, Jenx fled to the far corners of Sornieth, fearing what other dragon would do if they ever found out someone like him existed...Or what the Gods themselves might do... However, he soon discovered that his "curse" was considered more of a blessing among other residents of Sornieth. Dragons wanting desperately to change their element to the one of deity they worshiped, Beastclans wanting to harness elemental power for themselves, they all begged Jenx to use his powers on them, despite his warning of the danger. It got to the point where Jenx became apathetic. He stopped warning other about how dangerous switching ones element was. So long as they payed him, he delivered. Whatever happened to them afterwords was no longer his concern. His only concern was how much coin they'd give him before whatever happened to them, happened. Eventually, Jenx turned up in Tamose's clan, looking for a new place to hide out and make his base of operations. He gave Tamose a story of his old clan falling to illness, and the Tundra was let in. A fairly quiet clan with little conflict, it was really the perfect place to remain hidden... ...Except he didn't account for one thing: Azurri. |

RUTH (roo-th)
It is well known, that when a unicorn becomes dull and blackened, it has completely lost all it's magic. It is useless. This is what Ruth was. Her magic cruelly sapped from her from a shade-infused creature. She felt lost and hollow, numbly traveling across Sornieth, hopelessly searching for something to make her feel whole again... That was when she met Jenx and found out about his ability. She pleaded with him to try and restore her magic with his power, and she would forever serve and protect him for as long as either of them lived. Feeling pity for the unicorn, Jenx agreed, infusing her with Shadow magic. While her bright colors didn't return, her ability to wield magic did. True to her word, she continues to follow the Tundra where ever he goes, always just a call away. |
