Blessed by the Plaguebearer

______ Looking like raw meat is a definite disadvantage for a Plagueling Wildclaw. It helps that Slough heals much faster than the average dragon. Yes, his skin comes off a little too easily, and sometimes he leaks fluids onto the floor, but it's nothing clean bandages and a nice spa visit won't fix. For a little while anyway. Raised in Rotrock Rim, Slough is cheerful about his condition. Those native to the Scarred Wasteland consider him blessed by the Plaguebringer, though he is aware that most outsiders won't accept him so readily.

______ Young, strong, and with his body still changing, Slough runs fevers often, though he feels little pain and is rarely incapacitated by his condition. His skin falls off in chunks, and his sense of taste is wildly different from his clan's. Sometimes he is as voracious as a pack of mirror dragons. Sometimes he goes a week without eating, with no ill effects. Slough is confident that everything will work out for him, though it remains to be seen if that is some kind of divine intuition or the naivete of youth.
