 Xylvn is an Intergalactic Visitor, he'd only meant to stop for fuel and supplies on Sornieth, but he ended up crash landing due to some strange weather. He managed to crawl safely out of the twisted wreckage only to find his crash had knocked out one of the poor native sentients nearby. He quickly dragged her away from the wreckage and shielded her from following final blast of his ship exploding with his wings. She looked up at him as if dazzled and enamored and he couldn't help staring back at her in turn. Without thinking, he told her his name and he found he felt strangely happy when she told him hers. Unfortunately they were stranded out in the wasteland with no resources. They wandered the wastes together, relying on each other to keep the other sane. When they were finally found by Clan Death Valley they were nearly dead. The Clan nursed them back to health and they're repaying the kindness back each in their own ways. Xylvn is an excellent engineer and mechanic, fixing up ancient machines and baubles, mostly to give to the shopkeeper to sell, but some have been very useful to the Clan, improving their ability to survive and thrive out in the wastes. As he and Ursula recovered together they leaned on each other for hope and within their time in the Clan, they grew close and fell in love. He knows Ursula knows he's not from his planet, but knowing she does seem to care he's different, he's happy to stay here with her and has made no moves to create a new spaceship to go back home. |
