Supposedly mute and blind, Pesuto is the clans Seer. He sees somewhat uncontrolled visions that others believe to be a form of communication from the Plague Mother. Although he does not speak, Pesuto communicates parts of his visions with the clan's Emperor, Lucifer through other means. Pesuto's visions are the principles that ultimately guide Clan Pesutos own values and rules.
The clan's Emperor - Lucifer - named his clan after Pesuto. His reason for this? Lucifer believed that the Gaoler would bring him a great advantage when it came to Lucifer's own goals.
