she sings, but only in secret. you're more likely to hear her humming as she decorates the ballroom, fretting about the important guests that will be arriving tomorrow. somehow, she's never finished - there's always new petals to scatter, banners to hang, shelves to dust. always more work to do. if you offer to help her out, she'll kindly refuse. try anyway, and she'll slip you one of the flowers - a table will go without a centerpiece, but she doesn't mind.

the flower never wilts, strangely enough. or maybe not strangely at all - it must've only been an hour ago that she gave it to you. it seems like it's been so long, though...

if you decide to leave, sappho will be understanding, but disappointed. she'll say her goodbyes and you'll head off to the door. you take the flower with you as a memento. but when you head to where you thought the exit was, it seemed to have vanished. you're trapped here.

at least, not while you're still holding on to that flower and the memories that come with it.

It would be illegal NOT to choose a dragon named Sappho as one of my absolute favs - but her colors are fantastic as well! I'm not usually a fan of stain but she really pulls it off and i am WEAK for garnet noxtide <3 <3
