This dragon is an... oddity. Like the infamous Imperial Emperors, this one is a combination of many different dragons, merged in unnatural ways.

Unlike the Emperors, every single one of the creatures that forms this 'dragon' are still alive.

Six shape-shifting beings form this creature's consciousness, each taking turns piloting that which they have created by merging together as one. They seem reluctant to leave the collective protection of this form, but each individual is perfectly able of doing so. The colored areas of this dragon's hide, as well as the color of its eyes, change depending on which of the beings is in control.

Though one of the beings way occasionally unmerge from this creature and venture off, they always come back to the safety of their creation. After all, safety is in numbers.

File: "Araluen"



The most mature and calm of the shapeshifters, this individual often takes on the appearance of a Skydancer when disconnected from the main group. She is decidedly feminine, or at least prefers to exist in that from. She is often in control of the dragon, due to her ability to make rational decisions under pressure. The others trust her a lot.

Her eyes are pink and faceted, like those of an insect. The dragon's eyes take on an arcane appearance when she is in control.




File: "Oleander"



One of the more unstable shapeshifters, both mentally and emotionally. He takes on a masculine from, often that of a Wildclaw, when disconnected from the group. This, however, is a rare occurrence; he almost never leaves the company of at least one of the others. He can be quite emotional, and seems to compete fiercely with Yarrow.

His eyes are orange and bright, like those of a true dragon. He is rarely in control of the dragon, but it's eyes take on a fiery appearance when he is.




File: "Yarrow"



The youngest shapeshifter, yet the boldest and most aggressive. He takes the form of a male Imperial when separated from the others, which he is often. He likes to venture ahead, to lead the way, and to be in charge. Unfortunately, he only seems to have 'control' over Oleander, and he uses his advantage a bit too much.

His eyes are a golden-yellow, and on the occasion that he is control of the dragon, its eyes radiate a similar light energy.




File: "Linnea"



Perhaps the most excitable shapeshifter, this one is often overtaken by bursts of sudden energy. She takes on the form of a female Pearlcatcher when left to her own devices, and seems to have endless ideas and stories to tell. Though she often boosts the morale of the others, she tires fast and is quick to fall into a spiral of doubt and negative thought.

Her eyes are a deep ruby color, reflecting the darker markings on the wings and body of her Pearlcatcher form. When the dragon is under her control, its eyes take on a plague-like energy.




File: "Juniper"



Alongside Oleander as one of the more mentally and emotionally unstable shapeshifters, they seem to be the only one of their group who is not distinctly one gender or another. While they remain stable, and perhaps even stabilizing most of the time, when put under too much pressure, this shapeshifter will 'snap' and start to act violently towards themselves or any threat against the others.

Their eyes are blue and bright. When the dragon is under their control, its eyes take on a watery appearance.




File: Lupin



The eldest of all of the shapeshifters, this shapeshifter has a courage and confidence which the others lack. He most often takes on the form of a male Mirror, though among the shapeshifters, he seems the least attached to his chosen physical form. He often convinces the other shapeshifters to separate from their shared form, and join him in exploring as a group, instead of an "individual."

His eyes are green, and tangled with plant growth, yet his vision is nearly perfect. When the dragon is under his control, its eyes take on a natural appearance.
