The Starwood Strand is experiencing an electrical leak caused by issues in the Shifting Expanse. The Circuits are a team of Arcane & Lightning dragons working together to reroute the energy toward the crafting of airships along the shore's port while enjoying the electric humming of the purple neon trees nearby. Security & safety is difficult to keep tight with dragons, especially around the local Starwood dragon's city and their ports.
