The youngest child of the kitemaker Delta and toymaker Teddy, they've combined the careful flight specifications of their mother's profession and the tinkering clockwork of their father's into something new. They're a robotics engineer, a creator of little metal creatures who walk and move in a semblance of life. Whether it's only a semblance is something of a debate- the godblood within them lets them breathe life into their creations, whether they mean to or not.

Tesla is an eccentric dragon. While their older siblings were playing with toys from their parents' workshops, they were taking theirs apart and putting them back together in odd combinations. A bear with a boat for a head, a horse with kites for wings. They get very into their interests, picking them up or dropping them at a whim. Full of energy, unable to sit still, sometimes going nonverbal or becoming silent and sullen. They flap their wings and paws when they're happy.

Tesla was born right here in Clan Flygefisk. Their parents were very present in their childhood, only occasionally allowing the hatching grounds keeper Valentine to watch the kids. They were always loved. When it came time for them and their siblings to pick an apprenticeship, their siblings all went off to other clans, but Tesla stayed home and set up their own workshop. Just in time, too- only a couple months after they came of age, Steele was found out in the plains, and Tesla stepped in.
