Stilo

The only Pearlcatcher amongst his strong Mirror sublings, he had to learn how to stand for himself quite early. And it was not a brute force - it was magic that came to him and embraced him. And changed him forever.

Stilo is an illusion mage, mostly like Yuni - but when Yuni prefers to change his own form and play tricks with his clanmates, Stilo is making illusions all over the lair and beyond it. He draws seas and rivers with one wave of his tail, he creates living stories for hatchies and adults, he can use his magic to see things far away to help the clan, he makes protective wards and lamps to shine in the night. Sometimes illusions he creates even come to life... little ones, like that flower. And that rabbit. Wait, what rabbit?

The problem is, Stilo came so far into the illusion magic, sometimes he is afraid he might become an illusion himself. Or he forgets that he isn't an illusion, bumping into stones, trees and doors, wounding himself often. He uses his magic to "draw" himself in the world, again and again. Magic is a harsh teacher, Arcanist knows. And Stilo knows too. But he has a heart of a true fighter - and he will fight.
