Excitable, tricky, playful, and hard to handle due to his high energy. Capable of expressing more than a regular Fae could, making him even more of an oddity.
Talks really quickly and in a high voice; really difficult to follow a conversation with.
Likes:
magic, having fun, playing pranks, living his life fast, shows
 		Dislikes:
being forced to slow down, dragons getting genuinely angry at him
Lore:
Rune is considered more trouble than he's worth to most dragons. He got separated from his family very early and so learned to speak and fend for himself in the wild, making him very different from his breed's standards. He's always full of energy despite sleeping very little, making him especially tiresome to deal with, so he never had many friends before joining the Cult. He's also very gifted in magic, making his pranks especially effective (and infuriating).
His magic abilities and mischievous streak immediately got him noticed by Melachini, who took him under his (gigantic) wing and made him his apprentice in the Koumori Circus. He's now a real asset to the Circus team, and spends his day happily doing tricks and having fun with his new fellow mischievous pranksters.
