Holder of many secrets and jagged heartbreaks, Ekkiriox is friendly to any who approach him but much prefers the company of his charger, Delta, and the deep swaths of ocean at the edge of the Glades. Working mostly alone to bring the clan back choice picks of aquatic prey, he occasionally teams up with his best friend Riptide to bring in the more exotic for trade. Born with extra eyes that don’t match his main elemental ones but do allow him to see thermal, he’s incredibly talented at his job, rarely unable to fill orders or requests. And though his demeanor sometimes brings worry, he is watched over by the coatl brothers Malak and Rejmiel, who ensure he is well cared for even when he cannot do it himself.
