Jerle is one of the central leaders of Corona Village, overseeing matters of guards, scouts, and gathering parties. He maintains a cool and aloof air at all times, even when Shannara is trying to weave a ribbon into his mane.

While Jerle is not the strongest warrior in the village, he has been there the longest, and is the most trusted by Annashi and Shannara. He is still very capable with his own blade, but his true skill lies in organizing warriors into strong cohesive teams.
