Biography
BROKEN BOW CLAN LORE
CLAN DESCRIPTION wrote:
Members of Broken Bow are for the most part friendly, if a little reserved. They have no problem inviting new members in to stay, but other than that they mostly keep to themselves. They are a tight knit group of dragons, and an unusually small clan though they have the space to expand.
LAIR DESCRIPTION wrote:
Broken Bow is located in the Tangled Wood, in a clearing amongst the trees. There are lanterns of differing colors hung from branches around the clearing, giving off soft light alongside the glowing fungi dotting the outskirts of the clearing. There is a large fire pit in the center, giving off light and warmth that contrasts the darkness of the Wood. Dragons with trades that live in Brocken Bow have their stalls here, among the warm ever dancing light. Many are usually gathered here, socializing or doing business with one another.
There are several openings in the clearing floor, entrances and exits to the large underground tunnel system the Diggers created. This is where the important things are, with several large dug out caves for storing food and hoarded materials. This is also where most of the dragons that belong to the clan sleep, with the tunnels meeting in a vast cavern lined with pillows and warm stones the fire breathing members keep heated. The hatchlings and younger dragons sleep in the middle, with older more experienced dragons towards the outer rim.
There are of course, many lanterns and glowing fungi to light the way through the tunnels as well, most enchanted to never go out by the various dragons in the Bow gifted with magic to do so. The floors of the tunnels are lined with smooth stones, glittering pathways through the caverns.

CLAN HISTORY wrote:
The clan started out as a small bunch of common breeds, located in Nature's Viridian Labyrinth. They slowly built their ranks, breeding and inviting new dragons to live with them. When they got bigger, they decided to move to the Windswept Plateau. They lived there a very long time, the clan growing larger everyday. The first Night of the Nocturne came and went, leaving the clan with a new hatchling, raised by the two leaders, Dein and Fahdon. When she was fully grown, Asteria took over their duties and they left to help the Windsinger gain the upper hand in the war against all Beastkind. Asteria moved the clan to The Tangled Wood, wanting to get away from the frequent wind and storms. Dein and Fahdon returned, too old to fight. Now they advise Asteria as she continues to lead the Broken Bow.
