But really he's softhearted and creative, taking solace in the gentle stroke of a ink-dipped quill as opposed to the heavy handed destruction of a sword. Though he writes mostly for himself, he would like to be taken seriously as a poet who dives into dark but soft themes, and for his attempts at putting the universal feeling of loneliness, yearning, and belonging onto the page.
