-Showed up shortly after Sei was discovered. Claims to be a traveling bard, but no one's ever heard him sing and he's pretty unsociable for a bard...
-Doesn't talk much, but has a very pleasant deep voice. It's honestly pretty calming. The sort of voice you could fall asleep too.
-Generally apathetic about the things around him. The only times he shows emotions is for Sei.
-Enjoys eating despite not needing to eat.
-Sometimes forgets to pretend to breath, and just in general has a weird inhuman stillness to him. Living people cannot hold perfectly still for long periods of time - or at all. Mortals are always moving; whether its the slow fall and rise of a chest, slight shaking of hands being told to stay still, the nervous twitching of legs unsure of whether or run or stay...but Tol doesn't have any of these.
-Spends a lot of his free time (which he has a lot of) meditating and people watching. What exactly he's watching people for is a bit of a mystery. When not doing either of these two things, he's hanging out with Sei or sleeping.
-Is the entire reason why Sei has braided hair. Despite having short hair himself, Tol is an expert at braiding Sei's hair.
-Very blunt and to the point when speaking. Doesn't really do the whole "comforting" thing much. He's not good at it.
-Likes hoarding "junk", which holds sentimental value to him. Actually has an entire pocket planet dedicated to this "junk".
-Tends to like looking "common" and "unassuming", and rather prefers being underestimated over holding any expectations at all.
