Background:

"Why were they coming after you?" A female Guardian looked at him, yet she had curiosity more than anything in her voice. The two were both Arcane-touched. Of course she wouldn't worry.

"We all have secrets, don't we?" He replied. He had clearly just been flying away from some horror. Although his voice was nonchalant, his demeanor said otherwise. What would be scary enough to scare a Guardian? An arcane-touched one at that.

"Well, suppose it's a secret to share your name at least?"

"The name's Vocnith, but I've been known as Virus."

"Virus, that's not very unique. Suppose that has anything to do with where you came from?" She pressed.

"Suppose that I'll answer if you tell me your name." He jested.

"My name's Khirva, but I've been known as Kyary." She looked off towards the horizon briefly, but not unnoticed by Vocnith.

"I've met a few Kyary's."

"It's popular, just like Virus. Something tells me we were both meant to serve a different purpose." She turned her gaze back towards Vocnith.

"Indeed." The two just looked at each other, with no comments.

"Say, perhaps we stick together? It might be in our best interests."

"Suppose we did stick together." Khirva grinned in agreement.
