Biography
my clan is a small, non-elementally aligned clan called The Strays, and they reside somewhere on the windswept plateau, probably near-ish to where the wind, water and fire regions intersect. the clan leader is verna, who inherited the position from my custom progen, samae, because he wanted a simpler life in the clan. samae's lore is (briefly) explained in his bio, alongside how my clan was originally created and what-not, but basically he found a cool Wind relic when he was wandering around looking for a Charge, and founded what was originally a pretty small Wind clan near it, which later dropped its focus on elements, and instead became what it is now.
the clan doesn't have any complicated power structures or a hierarchy (beyond there being a general clan leader, and some official-ish groups that have appointed representatives, essentially leaders but also not really), and it's overall pretty casual. there's the coliseum expedition group, co-lead by verna and mithra, with members that include ehnekel, ushabti, tal and (formerly) temminckii. the group's task was initially to plow through the venues and essentially rid the nearby area of monsters to protect the clan, but over time the group's tactics have changed, and now their efforts are more neutral instead of inherently aggressive, and the clan has established what is essentially a ceasefire with a local talonok clan.
there's basic agriculture, and aside from the residential dens of individual dragons, there's public spaces like the communal hoard (and a hoardkeeper), a library managed by the same hoardkeeper, a very basic laboratory/study of sorts, a theater,
