So i have this 1 wind primal with a culex build for the coli but she's never really had a proper match. She had 2 teammates but they both got changed to being mire fliers. Our lovely wind gal has had several pairs over the 2 years she's been in the clan but nothing stuck around. She's always been a tad aggressive and hard to get along with, of course she had her friends but never any deep and personal ties.
Then suddenly, a pretty new face joins. A new face conveniently assigned to be her new battle partner.
Suddenly the confident and angry wind girl is a mess. Tripping over words, trying her best to hide her flirting and showing off as being intimidating and edgy. Coliseum teamwork has never been an issue with her before but suddenly it's flowing so casually between the two. The moment one backs the other begins. It's a dance with each dragon matching each other step for step.
Maybe they stop and watch the stars at the end of the day, with the open sky above them, with soft grass below their feet. Air fluttering by scales, eyes meeting each other in shy glances. When they finally gain the confidence to talk... maybe the wind girl realizes she doesn't have to be so angry, maybe she doesn't have to show off
They can both be calm and soft, lost in the stories of each others voices and the tales that scars tell on scales
Maybe, just maybe, they can be happy with just each other
