Gloria
The Karabakla Kingdom is know for their warrior-focused culture. Many of their citizens are part of different warrior tribes, each bearing expertise in different fighting styles. They follow the strong, meaning beating a leader is a valid way of taking over their position. If this is done without honour however, the underlings may not see it kindly and will gang up on the new leader.

That is how Gloria came to lead the Light Seekers. After a terrible coup wiped out a large amount of their tribe she and her loyalists rose out of the ashes to take control. She has a bit of a messiah complex, being raised to the skies by her followers, but is nonetheless an effective leader.

The Light Seekers combine light and fire magics with martial arts. They're front-line fighters who focus on outlasting their opponents through self-healing and dodging.
