Biography
Tria, Queen of the Dead
Once upon a time there was a tribe of dragons who cultivated plantlife. Scientists as much as wizards, they bred incredible flora with strange properties. Among the most coveted was the necroblossom, a cherry-like tree with the power to control the dead.
When war took everything Tria loved she turned to her clan's blossoms. One by one she revived the dead, and in her broken state Tria began coveting something more. From the ruins of her village an army was raised. Dragons driven by greed and cowardice swore loyalty to her. And before long the landmass of Echatae was almost entirely under her control.
Tria has lived for many centuries now, far longer than she should've. Her conquest continues and only a few kingdoms are left, whose valiant knights are raising their swords to once and for all take down the Queen of the Dead.
Personality
Tria's always been a narcissist, treating love like property. Attached to those who swear her loyalty and heartbroken at betrayal. Easily enamoured, adoring praise and dangerously perceptive, she gained her power not only thought brutality but also manipulation, treating lives like a theatre; puppets for her to play with.
She was genuinely broken when her loved ones died and even in necromancy recognizes them to not be the same. There's a part of her that's a child, desperately wanting her old life back, throwing a tantrum whenever she's reminded of the impossibility.
