- rancher who works in the old fieldlands southeast of town. largely tends to herds of sheep, with some other livestock (trunkers/ rabbits/ & other odds-and-ends animals). resides in a simple, open-sided den dug into the hillside, with paddocks for his herds nearby
- has no problem with living alone. finds the simplicity of animals and open fields to be more than enough company. keeps his living space simple, with comfortable hides and home-made woodworking around his den. fondness for wood arrangements extends past his own pens and posts- the surrounding lands have many a wooden work of art tucked away where he's passed
- spends almost all of his time outside of the harbor. a real loner, only goes to town when he has to for the market. busy tending to his animals most of the time, but is also definitely using that to avoid socializing. has set up relatively hassle-free deals with the local fishmongers to trade livestock for seafood. also on good trading terms with crafters/ taxidermists for animal hides/ bones
- has a mile-wide soft spot for dogs. keeps several hainu familiars inherited from his mother's ranch. they assist with flock herding from both the ground and sky, as effective work/ guard dogs (also effective cuddlers and playmates for games of chase in the air)
- a true wind dragon by nature- loves clear skies and wide-open plains. though he lives permanently around saltend's seaboard lands now, he traveled a lot in his younger days, seeing the sights with his original clan of beast hunters. prefers the simpler life of ranching to hunting, however. does miss his old family and their nomadic lifestyle something fierce sometimes
- kind of a homebody. to say he's not the best at meeting new people is a severe understatement. often nostalgic for his past friends and family- they travel all over Sornieth and he can't just up and leave his herds to visit (though he tries to keep in contact with letters when he can)
- though quietly kind, comes across as aloof to others. generally withdrawn with his words, enjoys spending time with dragons who don't ask for too much small talk. prefers chilling with dogs & sheep honestly. quietly friendly with other farmers, and gets along with the other out-of-town folk.
