Mosspelt

Mosspelt was born on a sunny day in a small village located in the Southern Icefields. It was mostly inhabited by other Tundras, and they were living in peace with other dragons. He grew up to be a happy and carefree dragon with little to no problems in his hatchlinghood. Moss was perfectly happy with his life and sought no adventures, some might have referred to him as boring or dumb. Okay, most would have.

But one day all dragons of age was called out to war against the Beastclans. The fighters who joined the army came from all over the world, and Moss became friends with many other dragons. One dragoness in particular caught his eyes. She was friendly and very caring, so her job was not very surprisingly to tend to the wounded. Her name was Nova.

Moss courted her like there was no tomorrow, brought her gifts and shared his meals. She fell deeply in love with the friendly tundra, and as the war came to an end they decided to settle down together. But, it wasn’t as easy as one would’ve thought.

Usually in Mosspelts village the female moved in to the males hut, but as Nova was a Spiral dragon she constantly freezed and didn’t feel home at all. On top of that she was a Lightning dragon and therefore she hated being inside all day long. So they moved again, now to her turf. But this time Moss was the one to absolutely hate his new home. It was so hot all the time and his thick fur made it impossible for him to be out in the sun. But this time they didn’t even know where to begin looking for a new home.

Mosspelt then remembered that both of them had a couple friends from The Tangled Woods and after exchanging letters with the Shadow dragons Nova and Moss decided that it definitely was the place they’ve been looking for.

Said and done, they moved to The Tangled Woods, ready to start the long wanted family. But even though they both felt right at home it wasn’t a walk in the park for Moss. See, he had an incredible naive view upon life and the tricksters of Shadows really took advantage of it sometimes. At one point they even tricked him into changing his own mate into a Tundra! But that’s not really his story to tell. It’s definitely Novas. Luckily she at least understood and forgave him.
