"Insert your dragon's quote here. (fix bio)" ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ Raijin is an hardworking and determined dragon. He was invited into the Clan when he was seeking somewhere new to call home after being kicked out of his previous Clan. He was never appreciated for his work, and nothing was ever good enough with his work, therefore he was kicked out and left behind by his old Clanmates. He was invited in to the Clan by Njall - the leader who is now his mentor. Njall helps him to learn, and looks at him like a fellow Clan member despite his failures. Raijin is currently learning how to fight and to clear out space to make the Clan even bigger for more dragons to join the small, but growing community of dragons. He has been equipped with a beautiful sword, and Stormclaws to help him with his work. Where the nature is rough, he uses his Stormclaw to kill roots and cut it off, to spare his sword of the hard work. By doing his lair-expanding work, he also stumbled upon another Wildclaw. He was quite similar to Raijin, just another shade of color. Raijin took him in to be his little brother, and they’re both working together on expanding the lair. They are grateful to have each other, even if they’re not real brothers. "Hey, Raijin, why don't take a break?". The wildclaw lifted his gaze from the his work just to look at his newly found clan leader, who was staring at him with a smile on his face. He had been there for just a day, and in all honesty, he really didn't know how to act around him yet. With a shrug he returned to work, but not without taking the time to answer to Njall. "No, thank you, I'm good." Actually he wasn't good at all, his hands hurted so badly and his back was aching after hours spent in that position. Every single fiber of his body was begging him for a few seconds off, maybe to eat something as well, considering the fact that his last real meal had been more than two days ago. But he really couldn't stop now. He wasn't going to disappoint his clan leader like he did with his previous. Yes, he was hurting but he could do it, he was strong, he was hard working and strong, he deserved to have a place to stay because he was going to do everything that needed to be done. He was going to show him what Raijin was worth, he wasn't going to act weak and whiny on his second day there. He wasn't going to be kicked out of a clan again. "I'm serious Raijin, you look like you could pass out at any moment, take a break" the nocturne leader insisted, almost pushing the younger wildclaw off his working table trying to make him stop. The other dragon wiped the sweat drops off his face and shook his head. He wasn't going to stop now, no matter how hard it seemed, because he needed that. He needed to prove that he was worth it. "I said I'm good, you don't have to be nice just because I'm the new guy". "I'm not being nice because you are the new guy, I'm being nice because you've been working for over twenty hours without eating nor drinking". His leader's voice didn't seem harsh or anything, just weirdly paternal. Is this how a leader is supposed to act? Raijin asked himself. "I'm worried about you" Njall continued, his tone even softer than before. That sentence was enough to make the younger dragon lift his head and stop out of surprise. Did he really say that he was worried about him? Did that mean that he cared about him? Did that mean that he didn't want him to work like a slave for the rest of the clan? He felt his breath being cut off as he looked as Njall who was currently sitting on a rock, just a few steps from him. Of course, he should have known that this leader was different, that not everyone would have treated him like his previous leader did, yet he couldn't help but act exactly like he did before he ended up there. Relax, he told himself, you are safe now. He was safe now. No more insane working hours, no more being left alone to starve if something went wrong, no more fear of being kicked out without someone to take care of him, no more beatings, no more fear. He was safe. He looked at his bloody hands and then at his leader, who was still sitting there, in silence. "Maybe, I can take five minutes off, Njall" he murmured, smiling slightly. "Great! I was able to snatch a bag of dried meat from one of those stupid beasts that roam around here, would you like to try some? It's really tasty" The leader said, inviting Raijin to follow him. He was safe, indeed.
