~I wanted a dragon for the scarlet dress set

One day Ella just showed up, saying she heard Outpost was being set up. Clan leaders wondered how in the world she had heard, but was from a bordering clan, so they felt it was possible she heard about it during some of their trades or even saw the construction.

The Skydancer advised that she would set up a restaurant there to keep everyone fed and that she already had a plan in mind for it. Clan leaders were suspicious but did agree that one was needed. They hadn't planned on starting it so soon but decided to go along with the plan to get underway quickly.

In reality, her "restaurant" was more of a saloon, which sometimes attracted less than reputable clientele. She didn't care who she served, as long as the coin was good.

Whenever clan members came through, all they saw was a fun saloon with a lively atmosphere and what seemed like an ever rotating crew of pretty barmaids. It seemed like it was on the up and up and provided a port for passing travellers and ships.

Behind the scenes, if you knew the password, there was another business she ran... for discerning dragons, kept on the VERY down low, of course. The clan leaders and members of the main branch of the clan could never hear about what was going on or there would be BIG trouble. She'd be shut down and likely run off clan territory. Even some members of the Outpost didn't realize what was going on under their noses.

And the profits were all hers since officially her side business didn't exist. She had a hidden hoard that was very protected - with enchantments and other wards she had paid to have set up by Arcane mages from outside the clan.

No one was really harmed by what she was doing - and her brisk trade kept the saloon business hopping. The clan got a cut of the profits, and the dragons assigned to the Outpost were fed well and kept entertained.
