Vampire Bat Water Runestone Will o' the Wisp

Mircalla, the vampire. What uncomfortable ritual or mistake of nature turns a Nocturne sanguivorus? Mircalla won't tell. She's active at dusk, when she can be found lurking in trees, scanning the ground for blood. Odd, shimmering lights peek out from beneath her clothes; in the dark, she uses these colorful orbs to lure hatchlings from their dens and into her arms.
A consort of Ichabod, and others who lurk in the bone wood.
