How he met his mates:

Gaster's son Papyrus had decided but everyone was going to go on a picnic in this beautiful spot in the woods. Of course Gaster was busy that night he had a date with us woman he picked up at grillby's but of course couldn't say no to Papyrus. So he canceled his date and joined the family bonding trip. Although he knew he basically be a third wheel there because San's had Anomalee and Papyrus had Aasira. But any excuse to spend time with his kids and their mates made him happy. After about an hour of them talking and having fun everyone started to drift off into their groups leaving Gaster alone. Not wanting to watch his kids seduce their wives he decided to take a walk into the woods. After about 30 minutes he came upon a cliff with this lone guy sitting quietly looking off into the distance. Just by looking gaster could tell he had the sadness about, him which was intriguing to him. So he sat down next to him and started talking hours. As night began to fall Gaster knew he could not live without him in his life so he asked him to be his mate. Of course TheNamelessOne said yes and they returned to the picnic together. Both Sans and Papyrus were quite happy the gaster fell into their Trap, they knew about the dragon at the cliff and had gotten the idea at the hook him up with their dad.

Gaster and TheNamelessOne wanted kids together but both being male that would be hard. So the cursed lover came up with the idea finding a wife that they would share. while unsure at first gaster ended up agreeing with his mate and the search began. At some point in the search they ended up at the small bar. As soon as they entered they saw this beautiful woman with a bad attitude. Everytime somebody would flirt with her and try to gain her favor, she'd laugh in their faces. But Gaster and he love saw right through her act, she was looking to be dominated. So instead of trying to be on nice and sweet to her they walked up to her and said she belong to them now and from that day forth they've been together.
