the arcane ambassador

Thunder Hollow's obscure ambassador to the Arcane flight. Aster is strange and distant, not quite dragonlike despite his Guardian appearances. He is particularly fascinated by the stars and will only ever travel at night. Fortunately, none of Thunder Hollow's Arcane allies are particularly bothered if he shows up a few days late.
Aster is not known to have a Charge. Some have theorized that the stars are his Charge, but this is incorrect.
He lives at the Starscatter Observatoria, a small collection of towers dedicated to stargazing and collecting data about space. Though he is frequently awake during the day, he spends a majority of every night staring out the telescopes of the Observatoria, searching for...something.
i. history
Aster remembers little of his hatchlinghood. He isn't particularly sure he had one. He vaguely remembers magic and stars and...falling? He remembers a deep, sonorous voice, and that voice is one he believes to have come from his father. All he knows is that his shrouded past goes beyond the ordinary, ranging into something far more peculiar.
In truth, he is the child of an ancient stellar being, one that came about as a result of magic from Sornieth intruding into the deep void of space. When he split from his progenitors, he fell and assumed a dragon's form in the Starfall Isles. He spent years wandering from clan to clan and absorbing the mannerisms of dragonkind, as well as the Arcane flight's impressive knowledge. From there, he began to travel in search of a scholarly haven where he could pursue the nature of his origin in peace, separated from the prying curiosity of his "home flight." Thunder Hollow proved an ideal middle ground.
He accepted the ambassadorial position as a way to compare his findings to those of Arcane's scholars without giving up his privacy.
