Biography
The king of the forest, Shin, born into royalty, was pressured to be a perfect king since birth. Everything had gone swimmingly at first, but as time went on, criticism and seemingly hateful “advice” started to come from every corner, even his parents, whom were supposed to support and love him as their own. Met with too much to deal with, Shinwas prevented from reaching his potential at first, not given what he needed to spread his wings and show his true potential as a forest king. It soon became too much for the poor hatchling to bear which eventually led him to flee home.
On his travels, Shinmade sure to cross every inch of Sornieth, knowing he wanted to live anywhere but where his true home had been. Like a Guardian trying to find a charge, he remained dedicated to his travel, which seemed kind of ironic, but he didn’t want to guilt anyone into wanting to stay with him, nor did he wish to find a new home too early, as he still secretly wanted to go home to the forest. His travels ultimately proved fruitful, as he met many friends along the way, made a few enemies, and lived life as it was meant to be without the pressuring duties of a king.
As his travels brought him back closer to the forest he once called home, he eventually found companionship in the form of a Blooming Hedgehide, a familiar that was considered to be quite rare at the time. His only other companion up until then had been the fireflies that had surrounded him since birth, the only indicator of the childhood he’d spent in royalty and link to his bloodline (although many that met Unnamed thought very little of it). By the time that he’d gotten closer to his childhood home, however, something became very amiss.
His parents were gone, and the forest had been decimated into a pile of rotting, dead leaf matter. Unnamed eventually found out from nearby travellers that while he was gone, the forest had been attacked and destroyed one day by a group of Sewer Toridae. Those that lived there were unable to defend against the powerful Beastclan monsters and fled to the far corners of Sornieth, never to return. Upon learning of this, Unnamed vowed to remove the Toridae from the forest.
With some help from his friends, Shin outwitted the monsters and sent them running far away. After they left, he looked upon the sorry state the forest had been left in by their carnage. He felt sorrow for his old home and then decided to restore it to its former appearance using his nature magic, reviving much of what had died because of the Toridae. At last, he was able to rule his kingdom rightfully - without pressure or hostility.
