Sludge Sifter Friends: Alwar, Diver, Dori, Sakura, Odar

This mysterious dragon turned out to be Tsaiare's suitor who was utterly rejected. After her daughter betrayed her, Degare seized the opportunity and returned to the Wisp Chateau to plot his revenge. He then attained brilliant scales to reflect his power. When he was still weak from the fight with Tsaiare long ago, he stayed at the Umbra Court to return to his full strength. When he did, he turned upon Tsaiare's daughter and moved on to form his own court. His primary goal with his followers is to find the missing Tidelord.
