A little goth, a little shady, Parsley is the figurehead ruler of the halcyon sound underground trading ring—all questions, queries, deals, and doublecrossings go through him. His lieutenants include Laec, Amaranth, and Sol. He can usually be found in one of their haunts, and is by all counts a man of his people.

He has never been seen in public with his sibling and doesn't seem to understand coatl or draconic sign language.
