Nadia is an old witch who lives in the forest and protects it from anything that she judges a danger to nature. Although she is a very wise and powerful witch, Nadia suffers from a memory condition who makes her forget many things in her life, sometimes even including her daughter. Because of that, Nadia leaves notes around her own house so she can remember of important things, such as her daughter, materials she keep hidden and her duties for the day.

She is very calm and usually is very peaceful, but she has the ability to "hear the trees", who are very anxious beings and get scared easily. The trees scream at her about the possible threats; They suffered enough to be afraid of anyone, and she understands that and acknowledges that she needs to deal with whoever bothers the trees.

At the ender of the day Nadia loves her forest, even if this means being alone.
