Jeci is a manipulative liar, she enjoys playing games with other dragons that often baffle and confuse them. With plague dragons, that's fairly easy, so to Jeci, this lair is an abundant source of entertainment.

With long, fluid movements of her body, she is capable of hypnotizing certain kinds of dragons, those who are easy to manipulate or who aren't usually very focused on anything. The spell does not last for very long, especially when that dragon begins to realize something is wrong, and she can't make anyone do something they would completely object to, but she does make them do tasks for her. She also uses her ability to stun her meals for long enough to make it easy to catch them.

Growing up in a Shadow lair, Jeci is used to life in the Foxfire Bramble. But with two parents from the Wasteland, she was also more prepared than other dragons with no Plague background to live and thrive in this location. She thrills at the bloodshed, though she is hardly one to draw much blood herself. She generally shies away from unnecessary mess, though she can tolerate it up to a certain point. Her inherited lifestyle forced her to learn to live with small messes for short times.
