❖ Found as an egg by the longneck gladiator known as Einar.
❖ Einar wasn't exactly planning on having a child, much less a draconic one, but he loves his daughter anyway.
❖ Einar travels around Sornieth to enter in whatever competitions and battles he can find for money, and Yster goes with him.
❖ She stays home when he fights because he doesn't want to expose her to the violence, and she always waits patiently for him to return, even when he ends up staying out late.
❖ Other beastclans give him weird looks when he says he has a daughter that also happens to be a dragon but he brushes it off; he's been getting looks like that since he was a child.
❖ Yster doesn't actually talk; Einar tried to teach her multiple languages but she never took to them, only ever made noises. Einar doesn't know if the cause of this is something mental, physical, or just a choice she made.
❖ He quickly learned the meanings of the noises she made; small chirps for "hello," grumbles and growls for "I don't like that," chirrups and purrs when she's happy, and whines when she's concerned.
❖ Einar once tried to ask a dragon clan the best way to care for his new daughter, but they thought he had stolen the egg or kidnapped the hatchling and tried to take her away from him; Einar quickly decided to avoid dragons as much as possible.
❖ Yster is his daughter, Einar is her dad, and the gods themselves would have to step in to take her away from him.
