In the process of re-writing his lore... maybe one day there will be something... maybe
He doesn't know what he's doing there, he says he "lived for 74 years on normal world and then suddenly found himself in there" and says he was born on December 11th, 1772 or something like this. Maybe that's why he's having trouble with understanding what's all around him.

He's so interested in coal and metals that it's even impossible that he's a Plague dragon born of Light and Shadow parents. He must be a mix of Fire and Lightning dragon, isn't he?

Speaks mostly in weird mix of older Scottish and English languages with a bit of Silesian dialect, everydragon's having troubles with understanding what he exactly means and on the other hand he's having a hard time in explaining everything in modern language and understanding it.

Lives in metal basket of hot-air baloon which... he constructed himself. It weirdly looks pretty similarly to any Steampunk Set Apparel can be found around Sornieth.

Yes yes he's a reference to a rather obscure historical figure but it's 100% for the "What if the guy from a few centuries ago ended up in modern Sornieth" lore.
