Born and raised by the will of Fire, Caleroy, or just Roy by what few friends he has, he's been naturally gifted with pyrokinesis all of his life. Though he's been gifted since his hatchday, Caleroy has worked hard to improve his natural talent with as many books, scholars, and practice, and has extended his magical expertise into anything he can get his claws on.
He traverses Sornieth in penance for crimes he committed with his gift, both conscious and unconscious actions he has done. His power has grown with age, but his eyes grow ever darker alongside his thoughts.
Using his power for combat sends him into a disassociative state, empty and silent, overriding his intense commanding presence with a ruthless nature. Due to his strangely charismatic personality despite his abrasive at times way of speech, his subordinates and friends are extremely loyal to him. His closest companion, rumored to be his mate, is Mollizauk, a powerful bounty hunter with supernatural aim.
Caleroy is extremely anxious and has multiple ticks that betray him. Mollizauk and Caleroy's Parda, Knote, are the only ones who can calm him down when Caleroy is disassociating or panicking. His most common ticks are snapping his claws together which creates small sparks or counting everything.
Mollizauk has gotten Caleroy associated with the Thieves Guild for protection as he works. Rydian allows Caleroy to be their treasurer and inventory manager.
